Refund Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026. Digital invitation work is custom. These terms keep expectations clear for both sides.
Before soft launch
If work has not started, you may cancel for a full refund of any advance paid. Once design work begins, advances are applied to studio time already used.
After soft launch
Soft launch includes a private preview and a revision window defined in your plan. Refunds are not issued after you approve go-live, since the Tap Link and assets are delivered digital goods.
Quality issues
If something material is missing from your agreed scope, we will fix it at no extra cost. Contact shubhaura.invites@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
